To help you navigate and use our site, the following information is available to assist you with browsing, ordering and completing your order.

Browsing the Website

You can browse our products by clicking on the 'Catalog' link in the menu at the top of the page, which displays our main categories. You will then be presented with various further categories to help you narrow down your selection.

Within product pages, you will also find links to ‘More Categories’, as well as other suggestions of other products you might like.

Searching our Furniture Catalog

You can also use our site search facility to help you find products without looking through each section. Searches can be performed quickly using the search form in the left column of the page below the catalog links, or you can perform a more advanced search using the 'Search' link in the main menu at the top of the page.

Wherever you see the 'add to cart' button, you can click this to place an item in your product cart, where it will be saved for you to continue shopping. You also can place multiple items of the same product in the cart by updating the number in the 'Quantity'.

Viewing the Furniture Items in Your Cart

You can check the items in your cart at the top right of every page, where you will see the 'Shopping Cart' box, which will update when items are added or removed.

Clicking the 'View Cart' link will take you to a more detailed view of your cart. You can also click the 'Cart' link in the main menu at the top of the page.

On the cart page, you can update quantities or remove items by changing the ‘Quantity’ amount next to each product, and clicking ‘Update’.

To remove items from the cart completely, simply click the tickbox next to the item under the ‘Remove’ column, then click ‘Update’.

Proceeding to the Checkout and Completing Your Order

Before completing your order, please check and read our ‘Terms and Conditions’ which contain important information including details about ordering, payments, delivery and returns.

Please also make sure that the item will be deliverable to your location and property, as many of our items are already assembled.  If you are happy to proceed, please click the ‘Checkout’ link on the cart page to access the checkout, or alternatively, click the ‘Checkout’ link displayed in the ‘Shopping Cart’ box at the top of each page.

On the checkout page, you will be asked to complete a simple form with your details. Please make sure you fill in as many details as possible and check them to ensure your order is processed with the correct information. Items with an asterisk are required for your order to be processed.

You will need to select 'Click to calculate shipping', as well as a payment method. The Paypoint/Secpay payment gateway provides a secure way to make payments with many major debit or credit cards.  All information can be entered through this secure payment method.  No payment information is inputted or stored on our website, and we do not have access to the payment information you provide.

You can also leave order comments on this page to be submitted with your order.

Once you have completed this form, you can proceed by clicking ‘Review order’, where you will be able to view all the details about your order, and correct any errors by clicking the ‘Back’ button.

If you are happy with all the information, you can proceed to a secure payments page, where you can safely input your payment details to complete the order.  This will be via a secure payment gateway through Paypoint/Secpay, a leading online payment system provider who are PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard Level 1 certified for your safety. 

You will then receive an email acknowledging your order, with an invoice for your records.  Once the order has been reviewed by us, and confirmed an order confirmation will be sent to you.  A member of our team will then contact you regarding delivery of the item(s) ordered.

If you have any problems completing your order, or if you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us and we can review your order from our system.
